Among vineyards growing above 1,000 m a.s.l., the winemakers of the Valdigne cultivate the “heroic” vines that give life to Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle, a fresh, mineral wine that pairs perfectly with Fontina DOP cheese and mountain cured meats. In summer, cellar visits reveal the history of these terraced vineyards, the winemaking techniques and, most importantly, offer tastings of selected labels guided by the producers themselves.
You can combine the visit with a walk among the vines, a snack in an alpine pasture, or a slow return to Morgex. For couples or small groups, we recommend booking a dedicated time slot to enjoy the experience at your own pace — with room for questions, pairings and purchases.
It’s the perfect way to complete an active holiday with an authentic taste of the territory: the mountain in a glass, with a view of Mont Blanc.
